Here I have created some grids, each unique in their own way. I had a lot of fun compositing and arranging these photos in different ways until I placed them in a way that was pleasing to me. I think that this is a project that I will do again maybe later on in the year.
For this grid, I used the same photo to create a non-symmetrical arrangement. I made the tiles colorful and composited the background by taking different pieces of the same photo and placing them behind the colored ones, then making them black and white to make the colored ones stand out. I am pleased with the end result.
Here, instead of using the same photo to make a tiled grid, I used different photos of the same person, all from different angles and different perspectives. I think having different perspectives of the same person really unifies the person’s personality and persona. It also is a more symmetrical grid compared to my other grid, creating a cleaner look. I really like how this grid turned out.
